Completed Hospitality Projects:

Tamarind Hotel
St. James, Barbados, WI
Full redesign of the entire property, including all guestrooms, suites, public areas, decks, new beach and landscaping in order to reposition the property.  Design, procurement and installation were provided by DSI and SPI.  Project was completed within one year from concept design to opening.

British Colonial Hilton
Nassau, The Bahamas
Design & Master Planning for the full renovation of this historic property including the total renovation of the Guest Rooms and Suites, Lobby, Lounges and Restaurants.
Interior Budget: $11 million

Caribe Hilton, Phase 2
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Continuation of the full renovation including the Garden Wing Suites and  Guestrooms, Restaurant, Lobby and Porte Cochere.
Total Interior Project Budget for Phase 2: $8 million.

Caribe Hilton, Phase 1
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Renovation of all Tower Suites & Guestrooms, Executive Lounges and Ballrooms in this extraordinary 50 year old destination resort.
Total Interior Project Budget for Phase 1: $7 million

Ariel Sands Hotel & Residences
Hamilton, Bermuda
Design of luxury hotel and villa property on one of the most prestigious island destinations in the world.  Sixty world-class, fully appointed 2 & 3 bedroom residences surround a magnificent central hotel building overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  Michael Douglas & Katherine Zeta Jones lead the Owner-Development team.
Project taken to completion of concept design phase only.
Interior Budget: $25 million

Hilton Curaçao
Willemstad, Curaçao, NA
Selected renovation of this unique oceanside hotel to include a new Arrival Experience, Reception, Lobby and Lounge refurbishment and a total renovation of the existing Ballrooms and Pre-Function areas.
Interior Project Budget: $5 million

Ritz-Carlton Grand Palazzo Hotel Renovation
St. Thomas, USVI
Renovation of all public areas and upgrade to Ritz-Carlton Standards of existing “Italianate” property, including Lobbies, Reception, Lounges, Dining Rooms and Guest Room Pavilions.
(Joint venture by Booker Design Associates & Howard Snoweiss Design Group)

Marriott Orlando World Center Resort
Orlando, Florida
Total renovation of all public areas including Atrium Lobby, Lobby Bar, Lower Lobby, Italian Restaurant, Japanese Restaurant, circulation areas and restrooms.

Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa

Total renovation of Lobby, Fine Dining Restaurant, Hotel Restaurant and design and installation of new Spa.

Design of new luxury time share product for Ritz-Carlton including all Two and Three Bedroom Suites, Club Lounges and Spa.

The Q Club Resort & Residences
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
A new 5 star beachfront hotel / condominium development, including fully furnished 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units, lobbies, pool terraces, bars & restaurants.
Project taken to Construction Document Phase only.
Total Interior Project Budget: $28 million

Sunset Cove Resort
Marco Island, Florida
New construction of a luxury 36 three-bedroom unit timeshare development on the water. Scope included all units, public areas, bar, lounge and exterior decks.

Bonita Village
Bonita Springs, Florida
A new mixed use phased development of residential condominiums and hotel units that was constructed to provide a rich, inland, tropical experience with a focus on natural resources and environmental sensitivity.
Total Interior Project Budget Phase 1: $2.1 million

Omni Colonnade Hotel
Coral Gables, Florida
Function Room Expansion and ongoing program of refurbishment of Lobby, Meeting Rooms, Guest Rooms and Suites.
Project completed December 2003.

Luna Ultra Lounge

Naples, Florida
Renovation and re-theming of existing Night Club at this well know resort hotel in Naples for owners Boca Resorts, Inc.

The Spa at The Boca Raton Resort & Club
Boca Raton, Florida
Design of brand new luxury 25,000 SF Spa facility, including Great Room, Lounges, Thermae, Treatment Rooms and Locker Rooms to compliment the existing Mizner styled hotel property.

Ritz-Carlton San Juan Hotel, Spa & Casino
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Design of capital project renovation program for this existing property including new Ballroom, Meeting Rooms, renovations to existing hotel Restaurant, Grill Room, Specialty Restaurant, Lobby Lounge and Club Lounge.
