These can be delivered as a full service package and sequenced accordingly or they can be customized or condensed to suit the particular requirements of schedule, budget or the particular requirements of the project itself.
DESIGN
PHASE 1: CONCEPT & PRELIMINARY DESIGN
- Concept ‘Charrettte’ (concept workshop with client).
- As built verification as required.
- Schematic drawings confirming the overall planning concepts.
- Imagery indicating the basic concept and design intent
- A loose Presentation of Concept Colors and Imagery Materials.
- A Preliminary FF&E Budget.
PHASE 2: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
- Schematic Furniture Plans & Reflected Ceiling Plans.
- Selected Interior Elevations that convey Design intent.
- Presentation Boards of Materials, Finishes and FF&E Items.
- Updated FF&E Budget.
PHASE 3: CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
- Working Drawings for Bidding & Construction.
- Interior Millwork Drawings.
- Finish and Material Specifications.
- FF&E Specifications for Purchasing
- Updated Budget
PHASE 4: CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
- Shop Drawing & Finish Submittal Review.
- Coordination with Contractor and Owner.
- Scheduled Visits to the Property to Review the Progress of Construction.
- Review of Final Installation and Punch List
PURCHASING & INSTALLATION
Through our sister company, Spectrum Purchasing Incorporated, we can also supply Purchasing and Installation Services that allows us to provide a complete turn-key service to our clients.
